Licensing: You must have a valid NMLS license to help clients with mortgage loans.
Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in the mortgage industry or in a sales role.
Strong Sales Skills: You should be able to build relationships, generate leads, and close loans successfully in a competitive market.
Customer-Focused: You need excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients reach their homeownership goals.
Detail-Oriented: You should be organized and able to manage multiple loans and tasks at the same time.
Problem Solving: You must be able to analyze financial information and recommend the best loan options for clients.

Qualifications
