We are seeking a dedicated IT Help Desk Technician to join our established team, providing technical assistance to 1,500 users through phone and email using Jira. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies, including Windows hardware, printers, SSO, video conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams and Zoom), and tablets. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide responsive and effective help desk support to users.
- Troubleshoot and repair PC-based hardware, including imaging and printers.
- Support and manage video conferencing tools such as Teams and Zoom.
- Handle setup and maintenance of tablets and other hardware.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing PC-based hardware.
- CompTIA A Certification is required.
- Prior experience in a help desk support role.
- Experience in educational or medical environments is highly desirable.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
