What are the responsibilities and job description for the Animal Care Technician position at EASi Engineering?
We are currently hiring an animal care technician
Job duties will consist of the following:
Keeps kennels and areas clean, orderly and free of odors.
Feed and water animals on schedule
Socializes animals
Bathes and clean animals
Experience around large groups of animals is preferred.
Demonstrated experience with a job on their feet and cleaning duties is highly preferred. (Could be production work or Restaurant)
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Could be someone who has worked on a farm, groomer, pet store, shelter, humane society, vet clinic, vet hospital, etc.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
H.S. Diploma required.
6 months or more years animal care experience in a veterinary environment, kennel, or shelter is strongly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.50 per hour
