What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Supervisor position at EASi Engineering?
We are currently hiring Production Supervisors to work in a manufacturing and assembly facility as well as the Materials Department.
The Production Supervisor will be responsible over an assembly team of 20-35 employees on a production line. Need to be able to motivate peers and employees to accomplish production goals. Build and maintain good working relationships with employees, union and management. Empower, train and develop employees to effectively perform their jobs utilizing standardized methods. Strong leadership skills, to guide project teams through planning, execution and insight phases. Prefer candidates who have worked in a union environment.
Must be open to work and rotate on three different shifts and must be able to work weekends. OT is paid after 40 hours per week. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a lot of OT and weekend work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
