About the Role
The Public Housing Manager serves as the primary contact for the Easley Housing Authority (EHA), managing the full scope of property operations including leasing, rent collection, unit inspections, tenant relations, and compliance with HUD and agency regulations.
This is a key, front-facing role requiring someone who is organized, responsive, and compassionate—with the ability to manage both administrative tasks and people-centered responsibilities effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or clerical experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to prioritize tasks independently while maintaining accuracy
- Customer service-oriented with professionalism and discretion
- Knowledge of modern office practices and fair housing standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
