Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a focus on technical sales and inside sales strategies. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and a knack for upselling products to meet customer needs. As a Sales Representative, you will manage your territory effectively, engage in cold calling, and utilize Salesforce to track leads and sales activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential customers and understand market trends.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales performance.
  • Engage in cold calling to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies that enhance product visibility and reach.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits of our offerings.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective territory management and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical or inside sales environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
  • Experience in upselling products or services is highly desirable.
  • Ability to conduct cold calls effectively while maintaining professionalism and persistence.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability of managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
