About the Role:
The CEO will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the company, responsible for driving growth, scaling operations, enhancing profitability, and delivering exceptional customer and stakeholder outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in building and leading high-performance SaaS companies, with deep experience in B2B software, recurring revenue models, and value creation in private equity environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a compelling growth strategy in alignment with board and investor expectations
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing executive team across sales, marketing, product, customer success, finance, and technology
- Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
- Oversee product innovation and roadmap development to ensure continued market relevance and competitive differentiation
- Optimize operational efficiency and scalability across all business functions
- Represent the company to investors, board members, customers, partners, and external stakeholders
- Lead M&A and integration strategies, as applicable
- Foster a values-driven, performance-oriented company culture
Qualifications:
- Proven success as a CEO or President of a growth-stage SaaS or software company, ideally with experience in private equity-backed environments
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics, unit economics, customer success, and enterprise sales models
- Experience scaling companies through revenue milestones (e.g., $10M to $50M ARR)
- Strategic thinker with strong operational and financial acumen
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and/or exit planning is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Work Environment:
This position is based in the NYC metro area, with the expectation of regular in-office presence to lead the executive team and company operations.
