As a key driver of company success, the CEO will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives, optimizing operations, and delivering value for both the business and its stakeholders.
Position Overview:
The CEO will lead the organization by setting the strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and fostering a high-performance culture. This role requires a dynamic leader with proven experience in private equity-backed environments, exceptional business acumen, and the ability to execute growth strategies that maximize shareholder value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy in alignment with private equity stakeholders’ objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of business operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic goals.
- Revenue Growth: Identify and execute growth opportunities, including market expansion, product innovation, and strategic partnerships.
- Financial Performance: Manage P&L, optimize cash flow, and drive profitability, ensuring alignment with financial goals and private equity requirements.
- Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing executive team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison with private equity stakeholders, board members, and other key partners, providing regular updates on performance and strategy.
- M&A Activities: Lead mergers, acquisitions, and integrations to support growth objectives, ensuring seamless transitions and value creation.
- Market Positioning: Represent the company externally, enhancing its reputation and fostering relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.
- 15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5 years as a CEO or senior executive in private equity-backed or high-growth companies.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, operational improvements, and value creation.
- Exceptional financial acumen, with expertise in managing P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in leading M&A activities, including due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing executive teams in hybrid work environments.
