Key Responsibilities
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support decision-making, scenario analysis, and long-term planning.
- Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, shaping the company's financial direction.
- Analyze financial performance and identify key drivers of profitability and potential areas for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and operational goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Support capital allocation decisions through scenario analysis, ROI assessments, and investment prioritization.
- Lead monthly and quarterly financial reviews, presenting key financial insights to executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.
- Contribute to M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition financial modeling.
- Continuously enhance financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and optimize systems for efficiency.
- Proven experience as a Director of FP&A or senior financial leader, ideally within private equity-backed or high-growth environments.
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Strong experience providing strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making.
- Familiarity with M&A activities, including due diligence, financial analysis, and integration.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
