What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Integrity and Analytics Coordinator position at East Alabama Health?
Integrea Community Mental Health System is a growing nonprofit comprehensive mental healthcare provider located in the Opelika / Auburn community. We are responsible for meeting the mental health, substance use, and developmental disabilities needs of the East Alabama communities throughout Lee, Russell, Chambers, and Tallapoosa counties. The organization has evolved to the stage of needing to invest in a more comprehensive and proficient data program to support financial, operational, and clinical decision-making.
The ideal candidate will be competently experienced in extracting appropriate data and building reports from complex databases. Additionally, this person should be well-versed in identifying and operationalizing key performance indicators to inform effective and efficient clinical, financial, compliance, and administrative workflows.
Under the Direction of the System's Senior Executive team which includes the Chief Executive, Financial, Operating, and Clinical Officers, the data integrity and analytics coordinator will be responsible for supporting all organizational data systems and working with the leadership team to ensure that key performance indicators are effectively communicated to appropriate staff. This position will also be responsible for collaborating in the development and measurement of resulting process improvement strategies.
This person must demonstrate impeccable discipline, excellent organizational skills, and be an effective communicator across a wide variety of staffing levels.
As this person is expected to work in a highly collaborative capacity, the position will be on-site, not remote.
Bachelor's Degree and demonstrated experience necessary to develop a comprehensive analytics program are both required.
