- Performs US Imaging by ACR, facility, and radiologist standards. Demonstrates Ultrasound principles to acquire quality images. Provides superior customer service in accordance with facility core values. Completes ancillary tasks to ensure efficient and consistent departmental operations. Must be able to perform on-call, varies shifts, holidays, and weekends when required.
- Minimum Education
- Graduate or enrolled with an expectation of diploma within 120 days of hire of School of Sonography\Radiography or hospital\military program where registry status can be obtained.
Minimum Experience- N/A
Required Registration/License/Certification- BLS within 90 days of DOH\transfer
- ARRT (S) ARDMS or RVT or ARRT (VS) or CCI certified
Preferred Education- Graduate of school of Sonography or RDMS RVT registered
Preferred Experience- Recent hospital experience preferred as a US technologist
Preferred Registration/License/Certification- ARRT (VS) ARDMS RVT
