What we are looking for in a school psychologist:

  • Comprehensive Practice: A candidate eager to engage in the full spectrum of school psychology practice, ensuring holistic support for our students.
  • Leadership in MTSS Supports: An individual capable of spearheading Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) initiatives, encompassing Response to Intervention (RTI) and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) systems.
  • Instructional Strategies and Interventions: A professional well-versed in various instructional strategies and interventions, able to tailor approaches to meet the diverse needs of students.
  • Trauma-Informed Approach: A practitioner knowledgeable about trauma-informed practices, equipped to provide compassionate support to students affected by adverse experiences.
  • Innovative Vision: A forward-thinking professional with the ability to transform ideas into actionable initiatives, enriching the educational experience for all stakeholders.
  • Passion for Student and Teacher Support: A dedicated advocate for student services and teacher empowerment, committed to fostering a conducive classroom environment.
  • Champion of Social-Emotional Learning: An enthusiast for social-emotional learning (SEL) initiatives, dedicated to nurturing students' emotional well-being and interpersonal skills.
