East American Inc. and Force Turf Solutions are hiring for the 2024 construction season.
Both East American Inc. and Force Turf Solutions are a parent company of Force Corporation.
East American Inc. offers multiple services: Asphalt Paving, Dump Trucks, Equipment Hauling, and Excavating in Western Pennsylvania. EAI is a state approved paving contractor in PA and provides paving services for large and small residential and commercial projects. EAI equipment consists of CAT and Weiler pavers, Wirtgen Milling machines, CAT and Hamm compaction equipment.
Force Turf Solutions Inc is a Sports Field Construction company that builds and installs synthetic turf and natural grass athletic fields, mostly in Western Pennsylvania. FTSI is the distributor for Shaw Sports Turf in PA, NY, MD and DE. FTSI is quickly becoming one of the leading Field Construction groups in the industry. FTSI projects consist of field conversions from natural grass to synthetic turf, construction of new fields and replacements of synthetic turf fields that have surpassed their useful life. Most work is Prevailing Rate with overtime after 40 hours. Transportation to and from the job is provided from the Yard in Indiana, PA but employees can also use their own transportation if the project is closer to their home. Hotels and per diem are paid if working late or out of town and it makes more sense to stayover. This is not common but can happen from time to time.
NOW HIRING FOR Paving Operator
2 Years verifiable Asphalt Paving Experience (Required)
- Operate a paving machine, roller, milling machine or widener.
- Able to operate Excavator and dozer.
- General Labor duties during paving operations.
