DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
ADMINISTRATIVE/SUPERVISORY:
The Residential Program Director is responsible for the direct supervision of the following staff positions: Residential Case Coordinators, the Residential Operations Manager, and joint supervision of the Therapist. In the absence of the Executive Director, a Program Director may be assigned to act as the Executive Director. Assisting the Executive Director in any administrative duties as needed to familiarize with the process and be knowledgeable about the program as a whole. This Program Director has the direct supervisory responsibilities of a licensed residential group home facility, placement license, and the rules and guidelines of the on-site alternative education services for group home residents.
PROGRAMMATIC:
The Program Director will be responsible for the following programmatic aspects either directly or through subordinate staff.
1. Assuring sound and quality educational, residential programs, services, and staff training are delivered. Also, to train on agency policy those positions that fall under his/her authority.
2. Assuring programs compliance with performance indicators, licensing
standards, accreditation standards, and contract and grant requirements(including billing) in the residential and staff training components.
3. Assuring programs and services in the residential and educational components are utilized to the highest capacity possible without compromising the above.
4. Assisting the Executive Director in planning, developing, and implementing sound programs and services either by expansion or enhancement.
5. Providing in-services training for program staff either directly or through
arrangement with other sources.
PUBLIC RELATIONS:
1. Work with judges and community people (i.e., Schools, Community Colleges) in accessing residential and educational services and opportunities.
2. Present information to the public regarding the agency as needed or requested.

PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED INCLUDING ON-CALL FOR EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.

Regular Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM
Starting Salary: $45,000
Job Type: Full-time
