East Aurora Country Club is seeking a Barback to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the bartenders by ensuring that the bar is stocked, clean, and running smoothly during shifts. You’ll be the backbone of our bar service, helping to create a seamless experience for both members and staff.
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Restocking the bar (beer, ice, garnishes, etc)
- Ensuring cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware and utensils.
- Delivering food to members when needed.
- Organization of beer and wine coolers.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Experience at a bar, restaurant, or other hospitality-related role.
