What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer School Nurse position at East Aurora Union Free School District?
Dates: 7/7/25 - 8/15/25
1 School Nurse M-F 8:00 am-3:30 pm
(Duties will also include special transport - A.M. and P.M. bus route with a student)
Student Programs run:
SIRS: half day 8:30-11:30 am, T,W,Th
Pre K class & 8:1:1 ESY(K-2): half day 8:30 am-11:30 am, M-F
8:1:1 ESY(Grades 3-5): full day 8:30 am-2:00 pm, M-F
- Knowledge of age-appropriate, effective teaching methodologies
- Awareness of developmental characteristics of students of various ages and abilities
- Ability to work well in a high-paced work environment comprised of children & adults
- Positive, flexible, solution-focused team-player
- Ability to pass background and reference check
- Appropriate NYSED Certification
