- Operate radio equipment to transmit and receive messages
- Monitor and respond to incoming calls and messages
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all radio communications
- Follow established protocols and procedures for radio communication
- Assist in coordinating communication between different departments and personnel
- Perform routine maintenance and checks on radio equipment
- Report any issues or malfunctions with radio equipment to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures related to radio communication
- Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed
- Stay current on industry best practices and advancements in radio communication technology
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Basic knowledge of radio communication equipment and procedures (training will be provided)
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
