East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) is seeking a Full Time Property Management Recruiter & Administrative Support person to join our property management team. This hybrid role combines administrative support with full-cycle recruiting responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and successful hiring processes across our portfolio. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about attracting top talent while providing exceptional administrative support to our property management operations.

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition (40%)
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for property management roles, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data and streamlined communication throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct background checks, verify references, and assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a seamless integration.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local job boards, career fairs, community organizations, and industry networks to attract diverse talent.
- Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and provide regular reports to leadership.
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new property management hires, ensuring a positive and organized experience.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, including offer letters, new hire paperwork, and orientation schedules.
- Partner with property managers to develop customized onboarding plans for each role, ensuring alignment with site-specific responsibilities and expectations.
- Provide training support, including scheduling and organizing sessions for company policies, tools, and systems (e.g., property management software).
- Conduct onboarding check-ins with new hires to address questions, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
- Maintain onboarding documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes and employment laws.
- Provide general administrative support to the property management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating internal communications.
- Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and spreadsheets related to recruiting, onboarding, and property management operations.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation processes, including preparing offer letters, new hire packets, and coordinating training schedules.
- Assist with property management administrative tasks such as processing invoices, maintaining records, updating databases, and managing office supplies.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and professional communication.
- Support compliance efforts by maintaining accurate employee files, ensuring documentation is up-to-date, and adhering to federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned based on the needs of the organization and property management operations.
