East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking dedicated Rhode Island-licensed Providers to join our Federally Qualified Health Centers in East Providence, Barrington, and Newport, Rhode Island. Your Role
As an EBCAP provider, you will:
- Deliver expert medical care focused on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness
- Provide comprehensive primary care services across all age groups
- Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients about their health journey
- Collaborate with specialists for complex cases requiring additional expertise
- Lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals including PAs, nurses, and medical assistants
- Contribute to our integrated care model that addresses the whole person
Qualifications
- MD (allopathic) or DO (osteopathic), FNP, or PA degree
- Current Rhode Island medical license or eligibility
- DEA registration and RI Controlled Substance License (or ability to obtain)
- Commitment to community health
Preferred
- Board Certification in Family Medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine (or defined path to certification)
