This year-round position offers afternoon hours (11:30 am-5:00 pm) and provides an excellent opportunity for those seeking rewarding work with young children.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating a supportive, engaging classroom environment
- Help implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Ensure children's safety through proper supervision

- Communicate effectively with families and team members
Qualifications
You must meet ONE of these requirements:
- High school diploma/GED and RI Department of Education Certificate of Completion of Teacher Assistant Training, OR
- Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, OR
- Six college credit hours in Early Childhood Education coursework, OR
- Commitment to achieve a CDA OR six college credit hours in ECE within 2 years of hire, OR
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Other combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
