What are the responsibilities and job description for the Therapist-Adult and Children position at East Bay Community Action Program?
East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a full time Therapist to work with Adults and children in our East Providence location.
At EBCAP we have a team of behavioral health counselors that work with individuals to get the care they need. Patients are assessed and they get connected with the right services.

Summary of duties:
Provide treatment planning, coordination of services, continuing evaluation of mental health and/or addiction disorders, outreach, and discharge planning for an assigned caseload. Conduct initial clinical assessments as assigned.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Human Services field; Independently licensed (LICSW, LMHC,LCDP) required.
Maintain clinical licensure in good standing and participate in continuing education activities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
