Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities of team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service, food handling, and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory control, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Assist in the preparation of food and beverages while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing, cash handling, and reporting.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and enhance team performance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bar or quick service fast food restaurant is preferred.
- Strong background in restaurant management with knowledge of inventory control processes.
- Experience in bartending is a plus, with an understanding of drink preparation techniques.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen operations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
- Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
