Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Coach for our Compulsory Gymnastics program. This individual will play a vital role in shaping our athletes’ skills and character while ensuring a safe and encouraging atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training plans for compulsory gymnasts.
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes growth and development.
- Evaluate athlete performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff regarding progress and goals.
- Organize and supervise practices and competitions.
- Maintain a safe and organized training environment.
Qualifications:
- Experience coaching gymnastics, specifically at the compulsory level.
- Strong understanding of gymnastics skills, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young athletes.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain).
