Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Welcome all customers to the dealership
• Assist customers in selecting the perfect Harley-Davidson motorcycle to fit their needs and desires
• Provide information on the motorcycles, offer test rides and complete tours of the dealership
• Presenting pricing and payment options to customers
• Completing timely follow-up through phone calls, e-mails and text messages selling the fun and excitement of Harley-Davidson to customers
• Updating of Customer Relationship Management System to manage workload
• We will train the right people and provide the tools you need to be successful

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Outgoing, energetic, helpful and positive personality
• Be able to follow a structured sales process on value-based selling
• No sales experience is required, we have a robust training process that’s completed daily
• Driven with the ambition to meet and exceed goals by constantly learning and improving
• Motivated by commission and eager to improve
• Time management skills to be consistently productive
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Compensation:

• Industry-leading compensation based on performance
• A large commission percentage of the Motorcycle Gross Profit that increases with volume sold
• Uncapped commission per motorcycle = no flat commissions!
• Hourly base wage
• 10 Sold per month estimate = $56,000 /year
• 15 Sold per month estimate = $96,000 /year
• 20 Sold per month estimate = $124,000 /year
