Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to source, engage, and place highly specialized talent for our clients. Your ability to attract and assess top candidates will directly contribute to the success of our clients. This role demands a keen eye for both skill and cultural alignment, as well as a proactive, relationship-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their strategic goals, hiring needs, and business challenges.
- Design and execute targeted recruitment strategies.
- Conduct research on client companies, their competitors, and the marketplace to find the best talent.
- Identify prospective candidates through various channels, ensuring a good match for qualifications and cultural fit.
- Conduct confidential interviews, reference checks, and credit verifications.
- Present detailed candidate profiles and summaries to clients.
- Guide and support clients through the negotiation and hiring process, from initial discussions to onboarding.
- Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, becoming a trusted recruitment partner.
- Continuously network and cultivate industry expertise to identify recruiting leads and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in agency recruiting (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
- Outstanding written communication and attention to detail, with proficiency in spelling and grammar.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
- Experience recruiting on LinkedIn and utilizing social media platforms for talent acquisition.
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Must reside in the NYC Metro Area.
Compensation (base incentive):
- Average First-year earnings: $80K - $100K
- Average Second-year earnings: $100K - $150K
- Average Third-year earnings: $150K - $300K
