In this role you will help develop and maintain a high quality; efficient and effective medical team, by fostering an environment of trust, teamwork and accountability by working in tandem with the Hospital Manager and reporting directly to the Regional Manager.

- Provide exceptional medical, surgical, and dental care to a variety of pets
- Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and other health conditions
- Offer preventative care and client education to promote pet wellness
- Collaborate with a compassionate team of veterinary professionals and support staff
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records

We are a multi doctor practice with years of experience and incredibly experienced technical and support staff. We will support the addition of a new grad veterinarian with the proper mentorship and guidance in order for them to become a great veterinarian for many years to come! Experienced candidates will have the freedom to work independently . New and experienced candidates are welcome !

Lake Merritt, where the clinic is located, is in the vibrant hub of Oakland's social scene. We are located within a 20-miniute drive from the suburbs with great schools and are a 15-minute BART ride from San Francisco's financial district. Our hospital is open 7 days a week and offers a variety of services including surgery, dental care, emergency and critical care, radiology, an in-house laboratory and wellness exams. In addition to all other preventative care and surgical services , we also have an experienced staff available to provide exceptional patient care and customer service.
