We are seeking a full-time dental assistant for our small town, family oriented, general dental practice (privately owned, non-corporate) and are hoping to find a perfect match.
Duties would involve assisting on dental procedures, sterilization, assisting hygienists, room setup and breakdown, stocking supplies, organizing lab cases, overseeing patient comfort. Dental work experience or certification preferred but will train the right person.
We work a regular fulltime schedule in 3 days (32 hours) MTW, with some occasional Thursdays. This gives us short work weeks with long weekends! Great hourly compensation (commensurate with experience) with monthly performance bonuses, uniform allowance, holiday and vacation packages, paid CE courses, 401K and more!
