East Cascade Retirement Community is a small 20 bed facility. We try to provide home like are for those that are here with us for long term care and for those on rehab services.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with activities of daily living.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform case management duties, including coordinating and scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and communicating with other healthcare providers.
- Administer inhalation therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide nursing care in a skilled and rehab setting.
Qualifications:
- Valid LPN/RN license in Oregon.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Proficient in electronic medical record systems.
Pay: $30.00 - $48.00 per hour
