Key Responsibilities :
- Curriculum Development : Design and implement engaging lesson plans that meet state standards and integrate real-world cybersecurity scenarios.
- Instruction : Deliver instruction in cybersecurity principles, tools, and best practices to students in a hands-on learning environment.
- Assessment : Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student understanding and progress; provide timely feedback.
- Classroom Management : Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Career Preparation : Guide students in exploring career opportunities in cybersecurity and related fields, including internships and certifications.
- Collaboration : Work collaboratively with other faculty members to integrate cybersecurity concepts across the curriculum.
- Professional Development : Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and educational techniques; participate in professional development opportunities.
- Community Engagement : Engage with parents and the community to promote the cybersecurity program and its benefits.
- Compliance : Ensure compliance with all school and district policies, as well as relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
