Position Overview :
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and administrative skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm, with a competitive salary and space to grow.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain and organize office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and payments
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by management
