Frequent jobs we perform at ECE include repacking hydraulic cylinders, replacing worn out pins and bushings, line boring/fabricating new parts, replacing undercarriage components, diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, sandblasting, painting heavy equipment and much more. Responsibilities
· Prepare heavy equipment for painting, including sanding, sand blasting, priming, masking and taping
· Repair damaged body parts by using specialized tools and techniques such as welding, dent removal, and panel replacement
· Mix and apply paint using spray guns and other equipment
· Ensure accurate color and match for blending and coverage purposes
· Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace and maintain paint booth standards
· Ensure that all heavy equipment meets ECE paint standards
· Adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards
· Complete other duties assigned by Manager
Skills
· Previous experience in painting
· Strong knowledge of paint mixing and application
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Attention to detail and a strong commitment to excellence
· Valid driver's license
Requirements
· Experience with hand tools
· Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks
