What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Crew Leader position at East Coast Facilities, Inc.?
Major Areas of Focus
Crew Leaders (CL) are front-line workers who work alone or oversee a crew of up to 5 technicians. They are responsible for the equipment, work production, and team members assigned to them. CLs work hard side by side with technicians to complete the work. They make sure the work gets done safely, efficiently, and with quality. This position reports to a Project Manager and may be supported by a Field Supervisor.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may also be assigned :
Client Management
- Professionally represents East Coast Facilities, Inc. always.
- Able to respond properly to the client and follow up to make sure their needs have been completed to their satisfaction
- Able to recognize when they do not have the answer for the client and let them know they will find out or get the Project Manager involved
- Keeps the Project Manager aware of all client concerns and communication on the job site
- Maintains a positive, responsive, and flexible attitude to all clients
- Inspects site and advises Project Manager of potential liabilities
