Job Description:
We are looking for reliable and skilled Masonry Subcontractors to partner with us on a project-by-project basis. As a subcontractor, you will be required & responsible for executing high-quality masonry work on projects ranging from fireplace installations and chimney repairs to outdoor kitchens and patios. This is an excellent opportunity for independent contractors with expertise in brick, stone, tile, and block work who are committed to excellence and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Collaborate with our project management team to complete masonry projects according to detailed specifications and design plans.
- Construction & Repair: Perform construction, repair, and restoration work for fireplaces, chimneys, and outdoor structures with superior craftsmanship.
- Code Compliance: Interpret and adhere to local building codes, safety standards, and industry best practices throughout each project.
- Equipment & Materials: Provide your own tools, equipment, and, where applicable, materials, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication regarding project timelines, progress, and any issues that arise during the course of work.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in masonry work, specifically with fireplaces, chimneys, and outdoor living structures.
- Valid state license and any required certifications (if applicable).
- Own tools and equipment necessary to perform masonry tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage project timelines, and deliver quality results consistently.
- Must maintain adequate insurance coverage (general liability and workers' compensation).
