Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. As the face of our brand, you will assist clients in selecting fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, and other products & services while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in our showroom & abroad, providing expert advice on fireplace and outdoor living products.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and maintain a deep understanding of our product lines, including gas, electric, vapor and wood fireplaces, mantels, outdoor kitchens, and more.
- Sales Goals: Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets through effective consultation and relationship-building.
- Design Assistance: Collaborate with customers on product selection and design, ensuring their vision becomes a reality.
- Follow-Up: Maintain active communication with customers post-interaction to ensure satisfaction and secure future business.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the installation & service teams as well as other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail sales, design consultation, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for home improvement, interior design, & outdoor living spaces.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn technical product specifications and compassionately explain them to customers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with basic computer programs (experience with CRM software is a plus).
