- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and data entry into the office system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or client support is preferred.
- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with office software, AMS and tools is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience in outbound calling is beneficial but not mandatory.
