We are experiencing significant growth throughout our service areas and are seeking a top Fleet Coordinator to join and help manage our expanding departments. The Fleet Coordinator performs many organizational and administrative tasks to monitor, maintain, and improve the company’s Fleet Department administration.
Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Completing reports on a variety of software platforms to support the efficiency of the fleet inventory and support services
- Run reports on GPS software platform to obtain a safety score per tech / Region and the overall safety performance of the company fleet.
- Monitor and complete analysis on the Fuel card program by tech/region and overall fuel reporting for the company’s fleet inventory.
- Coordinate fleet licensure and registrations for the Company Fleet
- Complete and manage files for all fleet accidents and liaison with the appropriate insurance carrier/adjuster any updates.
- Provide reports to management on budgets, maintenance and fleet inventories.
- Have exceptional organization, time management and multitasking abilities
- Transports equipment/vehicles for various branches with use of truck/trailer
- Coordinates vehicle swaps and assists with new employees getting into vehicles
- Reports to the site of accidents or driver breakdowns to assist when needed
- 24hrs a day for misc. fleet needs
Candidates should have previous experience working in or with a fleet size of 150-200 vehicles. They should have 3 years experience within a fleet administrative position demonstrating excellent organizational skills and computer documents and spreadsheet experience a must. Must be adept at utilizing multiple fleet management software platforms and have large database reporting skills.
