Job Opening: Certified Pilates Instructors
We are looking to hire 1-2 comprehensively certified Pilates instructors to join our team across one of our 5 studio locations. Candidates must be certified to teach both group and private Reformer Pilates sessions and demonstrate a passion for teaching in a group setting.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 450 hours of comprehensive Pilates education (including Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Springboard)
- Strong anatomical knowledge and a commitment to safety
- Proficiency with a variety of Pilates equipment, including hand weights, Chair, Reformer, Springboard, TRX, Magic Circle, and more
- Experience teaching apparatus-based group classes with 6 or more participants
- Open availability for at least 6 hours per week (2 shifts)
- Effective communication and public speaking skills
- Punctuality and reliability
- Willingness to learn and incorporate additional modalities such as TRX, Functional Standing Movement (Barre), and TriggerPoint
- Friendly demeanor and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to collaborate well with clients, management, and fellow instructors
Responsibilities:
- Teach Pilates classes, including intro, group apparatus, private, and semi-private sessions
- Ensure the proper and safe use of equipment during each class
- Inspect equipment before class to ensure it is in good working condition
- Maintain studio tidiness and follow the studio’s organizational standards
- Arrive on time for all scheduled classes and private sessions
- Stay up to date with Club Pilates’ education standards and implement them in all classes
- Uphold honesty and integrity in all aspects of your role
