Are you a passionate sales professional with a knack for building relationships and a love for creating backyard paradises? East Coast Pools and Spas, a family-run business with over 25 years of excellence in building, is expanding its presence in the St. Augustine area and is seeking a dedicated Pool Sales Representative to join our team in 2025.

Position: Custom Pool Designer/Marketing
Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets for pool and spa projects. Expand the market in our new location in St. Augustine, FL.
Design Collaboration: Develop customized pool solutions that exceed client expectations.
Sales Presentations: Present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our designs.
Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales and construction process to ensure satisfaction.
Networking: Attend networking/social events to help grow the profile
Market Expansion: Assist in expanding our client base in the St. Augustine area through networking and community engagement.
Qualifications
Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the pool, construction, or home improvement industries.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of pool construction processes and design is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Local Familiarity: Knowledge of the St. Augustine area and community is a plus.
Computer Skills: Worked with Pool Studios Design or similar programs, BuilderTrend, Microsoft programs
