Job Summary
Responsible for the general upkeep of the property to include completing work orders, maintaining curb appeal, and repairing vacant units to "like new" condition.
Responsibilities and Duties
Policing the grounds, removing litter and debris, completing work orders in a timely fashion, maintaining unit files and service records, assisting with inspections, restoring vacant units and responding to emergency calls.
