Position Overview:
We are seeking (2) One exceptional Executive / Close Protection Agent(s) to join our high-performing team in Wellington, Fl to round out our team, and provide service to the additional requests we are receiving. This team member will be providing close-protection services along with our team for industry leading Executives, and international athletes, so a significant resume, with professional experience, and an very sharp appearance is a mandatory.
This seasonal role requires a tactical, mission-focused mindset and the ability to deliver protection service within a dynamic and prestigious environment. Agents in this role will operate under the strategic guidance of a Lead Protection Agent, strictly adhering to real-time directives from both client management and team leadership to execute seamless, multi-layered protection protocols.
Core Responsibilities:
- Close Protection & Threat Mitigation: Actively perform executive protection services, maintaining constant situational awareness and proactively identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks to ensure the highest level of client safety and comfort.
- Protocol Adherence & Mission Execution: Execute detailed protection protocols and change orders as provided by client management and the Lead Agent, maintaining agility and adaptability in response to evolving operational demands.
- Integrated Team Collaboration: Operate with precision within a coordinated team of both armed and unarmed personnel, cultivating a unified protective force that respects the unique responsibilities and contributions of each team member.
- Mindset & Tactical Humility: Demonstrate a humble, adaptive approach to training and operations, prioritizing client needs, embracing a teachable mindset, and proactively seeking feedback to refine protective effectiveness.
- Client-Focused Service Excellence: Uphold East Coast Protection’s commitment to high-touch, client-centered service, consistently displaying professionalism, discretion, and tact in all interactions.

Key Qualifications:
- Mandatory Background: Military or Law Enforcement experience is a strict requirement, with demonstrated proficiency in tactical operations, rapid decision-making, and protocol adherence.
- Licensing: Valid State of Florida Class D (Unarmed) and Class G (Armed) Security Licenses are required.
- Physical Condition & Readiness: Candidates must be in optimal physical shape, prepared for sustained physical engagement and rapid mobility as required by the demands of high-profile protection.
- Operational Discipline & Professionalism: Ability to work within a structured chain of command, closely following the directives of the Lead Protection Agent while demonstrating commitment to excellence in all assigned duties.
- Interpersonal Agility: Exemplary communication skills with an intrinsic dedication to client service and team synergy, creating a professional rapport with both clients and colleagues.
- Background Clearance: Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and possession of a clean driving record are mandatory.
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
- Previous executive protection experience, particularly within high-profile or high-net-worth settings.
- Certifications in advanced defensive tactics, CPR/First Aid, TCCC or relevant specialties are an advantage.
