Best Tile is looking to add an experienced and well-rounded Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this customer-facing role, you will lead a team of warehouse associates in a fast-paced environment.
Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse functions, taking an active role in all aspects of a distribution operation.
- Act as primary liaison between customers, sales associates, and drivers to schedule, route, track, and invoice orders.
- Verify accuracy of all products received to store location and shipped to customers and other branches.
- Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control.
- Secure company assets, maintain product identification and marking control systems for the branch.
- Ensure the warehouse meets all certifications and company standards for safety, efficiency and cleanliness.
- Work with Branch Manager to interview, hire, evaluate, and retain qualified warehouse staff.
Salary: $20-$25 an hour
