Are you a seasoned Insurance Broker looking for an opportunity to launch and grow a new division? We are seeking a highly motivated broker to help establish an insurance branch within our existing business. What You’ll Do:
- Set up and manage the insurance division within our business
- Work with our licensed agent to develop policies tailored to our industries
- Identify and secure carrier partnerships for optimal coverage options
- Sell and service insurance policies for our existing and new customers
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and licensing requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Insurance Broker with experience in commercial lines
- Experience with commercial auto, liability, cargo, workers' comp, and general business insurance
- Experience working with multiple insurance carriers to secure the best coverage options for clients
- Strong understanding of the transportation industries and their insurance needs
- Familiarity with state insurance regulations, licensing requirements, and risk assessment
- Experience using online carrier portals for quoting and underwriting
- Understanding of how claims are handled and ability to advise clients on coverage options
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and grow a business
- Experience setting up or managing an insurance agency or division is a big plus
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for insurance operations
