Parts Sales National Accounts Manager

The ideal Parts Sales National Accounts Manager candidate will be an energetic and motivated individual who thrives in the hustle of a fast-paced sales environment. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new customers while nurturing relationships with existing ones. You will develop bulk sales accounts for straps, cables, and other assembled products at East Coast. Additionally, you will maximize sales opportunities by recommending complementary items from our extensive Parts inventory that align with your customers’ business needs. Throughout, you will maintain strong account management and deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management and sales, with a strong emphasis on B2B sales.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Proficient in negotiation and business development strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with warm calling to generate leads and drive sales growth.
Position Responsibilities and Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience working in the towing/car hauling industry is required.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts and soliciting new accounts.
- Build sales plans and handle time effectively.
- Assists in the development of creative marketing materials to promote the product lines.
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Submits orders on behalf of customers to the Manufacturing department.
- Ability to consistently meet/exceed sales quotas.
- Success will be measured for attainment of weekly sales activity, including metrics for phone calls, emails, meetings, and of course, wins.
- Strong communication skills, open to training, and desire to succeed.
- This position does require 75% travel throughout the year.
Skills:

- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to build rapport with customers of a large demographic.
