Role Overview:
The Valets are responsible for the day-to-day operational service for Valet for incredible guest, and residents at one of our high-end condo locations. Our Valets are committed to ensuring safety, service excellence, and operational efficiency. Our team maintains a seamless experience for guests and clients, and act as the key liaison between East Coast Valet and the residents. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional customer service experience, organizational skills, and a passion for providing Forbes Five-Star standard service.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in valet, hospitality, or customer service leadership roles.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality management is a plus.
- Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with valet systems, mobile apps, or scheduling tools is preferred.
- License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to drive manual (stick shift) vehicles is required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods; lift up to 50 pounds; work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
