To-go Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic To-go Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for correctly putting together take out orders to ensure there are no errors and increasing our take out business. Your primary focus will be on providing excellent guest services while effectively managing the order process. Duties

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with their takeout orders, ensuring all requests are accurately fulfilled.
• Utilize Toast POS system to input orders efficiently and manage transactions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the to-go area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to their orders or dining experience.
• Provide exceptional guest relations by demonstrating a friendly and helpful attitude at all times.
• Uphold phone etiquette when taking orders over the phone, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall restaurant operations and enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred, particularly in a restaurant setting.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for hospitality and helping others, with a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Pay: From $9.00 per hour
