Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. MUST HAVE LUNCH TIME AND SOME EVENING SHIFT AVAILABILITY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS HIRING NEED. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
- Take food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages
- Clear tables efficiently and reset for the next guests
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and dining room
Requirements:
- Prior experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of proper sanitation guidelines for handling food and beverages
- Ability to bus tables and assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness
