Our General Manager is responsible for leading employee, business and brand standards at their assigned store. This position will be responsible for achieving outstanding customer and employee experiences. The General Manager directs, implements, publicizes and administers operations and human resource strategies to ensure the achievement of organizational goals and objectives within the store
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leads store level team with our Core Values
- Hires, Manages the day to day operations of the store and performs weekly operational evaluations and offers daily written and face to face feedback on restaurant operations
- Insures the store is properly staffed and has a solid business plan
- Operates a profitable business by insuring the correct inventory goals and labor targets are met and all equipment and facilities are maintained in excellent condition
- Performs key duties in the kitchen during lunch and dinner shifts Monday through Sunday
- Responsible for following and promoting all company policies
- Provides leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and a commitment to company objectives
- 4 year college degree, 2 year associates / trade degrees, or high school education with prior experience
- 3 years of food service management experience with a similar scope of responsibilities. Equivalent life experience will be considered
