East Cooper Auto Pros is seeking a dedicated full-time Auto Parts Counter Person with experience in front counter help and parts-related tasks to join our team in Mount Pleasant, SC!

WHAT IS YOUR DAY LIKE?
This is a full-time position with a typical work schedule from 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break . Unlike most parts store roles, you'll have your weekends free for personal time and family activities!
As an Auto Parts Counter Person, your responsibilities will include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting our parts team by looking up automotive parts and providing vital support. You will also greet customers warmly as they arrive at our auto repair shop, ensuring they feel welcome. Your role will involve documenting and tracking customer complaints, handling parts inquiries, and placing orders when necessary. Throughout the day, you'll play an essential role in maintaining a positive experience for our customers and keeping the shop running smoothly!
