WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
We truly take care of our employees, and we pay our Mechanics a competitive wage of $33.00 - $42.00 / hour , depending on experience. You can also earn a commission and receive a performance-based sign-on bonus after 90 days! Unlicensed technicians can make $1,500 while certified master mechanics can make $5,000 . Plus, we offer relocation assistance for experienced candidates! As for the schedule, you work from Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM with a 30-minute lunch.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
You're a crucial part of our success, working alongside your automotive repair team to provide high-quality vehicle repair, maintenance, and diagnostic services. Performing accurate and timely work, you complete various mechanical and electrical services on brakes, suspension, cooling systems, and other parts. You mainly work on American and Japanese vehicles, and you thoroughly inspect the cars to identify additional maintenance that could be done. By cooperating with your team and asking questions as needed, you contribute to efficient business operations while expanding your own skills and knowledge!
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
Our ideal Mechanic is a master problem solver with a team spirit and an inherent desire to do a great job. ASE certification would be preferred, but we're willing to pay for you to get certified .
