part-time Administrative Assistant
who is organized, passionate, and ready to support our thriving
Children's Musical Theater Program.
What You'll Do : Be the heartbeat of communication-answer parent inquiries, send important updates, and keep everyone informed and excited.Assist in scheduling rehearsals, auditions, and performances, ensuring everything runs smoothly.Help with program enrollment, track attendance, and manage important paperwork.Support marketing efforts by creating social media posts, flyers, and newsletters.Coordinate costume fittings, props, and supplies to keep our productions looking fabulous.Assist in planning and executing special events, from rehearsals to opening night!Work closely with our director and volunteers to create a welcoming and organized environment for all.
What We're Looking For : Someone who loves working in a creative, high-energy environment and believes in our mission to build happy, healthy, confident kids.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-you'll be keeping track of many moving parts!Excellent communication skills to engage with parents, students, and team members with warmth and professionalism.A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to adapt to the fast-paced world of musical theater.Experience with event planning, customer service, or administrative tasks (bonus if you love the arts!).
